Confidentiality

  1. SERVICE
    CVE Find is an online service that provides services in the field of cyber security. This service is provided by the company TESWEB SA (hereinafter the Service) to the Internet user (hereinafter the Customer).
  2. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
    Constitute confidential information within the meaning of this agreement, all information to which the Service may have access concerning the Customer, without exception.
  3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
    Within the framework of the Service, TESWEB SA, including all of its employees and any auxiliaries, undertakes to :
    • Access and treat confidential information with due diligence so that it retains its character.
    • Renounce any direct or indirect use or exploitation of such information for any purpose other than that of processing data related to cyber security.
    • To make confidential information accessible only to those employees who must necessarily process it and who must imperatively be subject to the present confidentiality provisions,
    • Provide information and data only to the person mentioned on the contract by the Customer.
  4. VALIDITY, SCOPE AND TERM
    This Agreement shall take effect immediately upon acceptance of the GDPR conditions.
    The obligations of confidentiality and data protection are imprescriptible.
  5. PENALTY CLAUSE AND DAMAGES
    In the event of a breach of the confidentiality clause, TESWEB SA shall be liable for a lump sum of CHF 20,000 / EUR 14,000.
    Payment of the penalty clause shall not release TESWEB SA from its obligations under this Agreement.
  6. APPLICABLE LAW
    The Contracting Parties agree to submit any dispute arising under this contract to Swiss law exclusively.
